    Applicants can submit their applications directly here.

    Applying early gives you the best chance to secure your preferred programme and plan your visa, travel, and accommodation smoothly.
April 1 2026 - June 30 2026
Final application window
    Applications submitted closer to the 30 June deadline are considered on a space-available basis, and some courses may already be full.

    Make sure to allow enough time for your visa application.

    To make the most of your study-abroad journey, we strongly encourage applying as early as possible.
May 15 2026
Inaugural Scholarship application deadline
    Apply before this date for a chance to receive 20% off tuition fees for international students.

Offer acceptance deadline for Priority Applicants
    For any conditional or unconditional offers, they must be accepted by the date stated in your offer letter.
June 2026
Deposit payment deadline for Priority Applicants
    The deposit for your tuition fee must be paid by the date specified in your offer letter.
    This enables you to secure your place on the course and begin issuing your CAS for your visa.
April - June 2026
CAS process
    Once the deposit is paid, ASU London will begin the process of issuing your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies).

    Depending on your country of residence, you may also be invited to a short virtual interview and will be notified of this.

    You will need this to apply for your UK Student Visa through UKVI.
June - August 2026
Conditional offer paperwork due
    For any conditional offers, you'll need to submit your required evidence to the Admission Team.
June - August 2026
Travel & accommodation finalisation
    Give yourself enough time to arrange accommodation and travel so that everything is ready before your course begins.
August - September 2026
Travel window open
    Those on a UK Student Visa can arrive in the UK up to 1 month before the course start date.
21- 25 September 2026
Welcome Week & Enrolment
    Welcome Week is your introduction to ASU London — attend to meet people, learn how everything works, and start your studies feeling confident and connected.

    You’ll also need to enrol in person, and provide Admissions Team with original documents. Information will be sent to you via email.

    This is when you can submit your UCAS application if you’re applying through UCAS.

14 January 2026 at 6pm UK time
UCAS Equal consideration deadline
    To be guaranteed equal consideration by universities, your UCAS application must be submitted by this date. Applications after this may not be held in equal standing and courses may fill up.
26 February - 1 July 2026
UCAS Extra opens
    If you’ve used all five choices and haven’t received offers, Extra lets you apply for one course at a time.
30 June 2026 at 6pm UK time
Last date for UCAS applications in the main cycle
    UCAS will send applications received by this deadline to universities. Applications after this go into Clearing and are considered later.
2 July 2026
Clearing opens
    UCAS Extra closes and Clearing begins — another way to find open courses if you don’t yet have a place.

    Please ensure you have enough time to process your UK student visa when moving through clearing.

Priority application window

1 September 2025 – 31 March 2026

Apply during this window for the best chance of securing your preferred programme. Early applications give you more time to sort your visa, travel and accommodation.

Final application window

1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026

Applications submitted closer to the 30 June deadline are considered on a space-available basis and some courses may already be full. Allow enough time for your visa application and apply as early as possible.

Inaugural Scholarship application deadline

15 May 2026

Apply before this date for a chance to receive 20% off tuition fees for international students. More information is available here.

Offer acceptance deadline (Priority Applicants)

June 2026

All conditional and unconditional offers must be accepted by the date stated in your offer letter. 

Deposit payment deadline (Priority Applicants)

June 2026

Your tuition fee deposit must be paid by this date to secure your place and allow us to begin issuing your CAS for your visa.

CAS process

April – June 2026

Once your deposit is paid, ASU London will begin issuing your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies). Depending on your country of residence, you may be invited to a short virtual interview. You will need your CAS to apply for your UK Student Visa through UKVI.

UK Student Visa application

May – July 2026

Once you have received your CAS, apply for your UK Student Visa through UKVI. You can apply up to six months before your course starts. Processing takes approximately three weeks from outside the UK and eight weeks from within. Allow plenty of time as delays can occur.

Conditional offer paperwork due

June – August 2026

If you hold a Conditional Offer, submit your required evidence to the Admissions Team during this window.

Travel and accommodation finalisation

June – August 2026

Use this period to arrange your accommodation and travel so everything is in place before your course begins.

Travel window open

August – September 2026

Students on a UK Student Visa can arrive in the UK up to one month before the course start date.

Welcome Week and enrolment

21–25 September 2026

Welcome Week is your introduction to ASU London. Meet people, learn how everything works and start your studies feeling confident and connected. You will need to enrol in person and bring your original documents. Full details will be sent to you by email.
