Lucy provides primary support to the Managing Director, Michael Goodwin, while also supporting the wider Executive and Senior Leadership Group members.
Before joining ASU London in February 2024, Lucy worked across the education and digital healthcare sectors, gaining experience in People Operations/HR, Governance, and Clinical Operations.
Norway-born Chinese, Lucy moved to London to study and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Regent’s University London and a PGCert in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys listening to crime podcasts—particularly cases from Asia—reading, wine and cooking.
