Start your ASU London experience from mid-September with an exciting programme of activities designed to help you meet fellow students, settle into life in London, and make the most of your first weeks with us.

Accommodation

Monday, 14 September

International Welcome

Attend our pre-arrival event for new international students arriving in London and their parents, designed to help you prepare, connect, and transition smoothly into life at ASU London. 

16 -18 September

3 Day Spark Challenge (All students)

Take part in an exciting team challenge designed to bring new students together from day one. You’ll work collaboratively to solve a real-world problem, develop creative ideas, and present your solutions to a panel of industry experts  a fantastic opportunity to meet other students, build confidence, and start your ASU London journey with energy and ambition.

Union Jack Classic Football Game (All students)

Cheer on the Arizona State Sun Devils at Wembley Stadium at the first ever Union Jack ClassicWe’re giving you one ticket to enjoy the game with your classmates.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

During this week there will be lots of activities, to meet your new classmates, get to grips with your course and ensure you are all sorted with your access to IT, software and facilities. 

Monday 28 September – Friday 2 October
Orientation and Engagement
(Compulsory for all students)

Explore the campus, join societies, meet your Student Union and start getting involved in everything that ASU London has to offer beyond the curriculum. There’ll be Freshers events and a Sports Fair, as well as timetabled activities through the week.
