Session Description
Women represent less than 30% of the STEM workforce in the UK, with the figure for Engineering & Technology dropping to less than 20%. This webinar examines the need for female engineers, the measures taken to encourage women in STEM and how TEDI-London supports and encourages women to pursue Engineering. The session concludes with a female student’s case study to inspire future women to pursue STEM.
