We introduced a new application portal in April 2026. If you started your application prior to this date please get in touch via admissions@asu-london.ac.uk for guidance.
We accept applications either directly through our portal or via UCAS.
If you have already applied through UCAS, please do not fill out an application via our portal, but add ASU London as a choice on your UCAS application.
Before starting your application, it’s helpful to have certain documents and information ready, such as your education qualifications, English language proof, and proof of identity. As you move through the application, the portal will guide you on what is needed at each stage.
If you don’t have all the required documents or information to hand, you can save your progress at any time and return to complete your application later.
You can find out more key dates for applications here
Our entry requirements are designed to open pathways to higher education for students from a wide range of academic backgrounds. You can find out more about entry requirements here.
No worries – there are still pathways available. Our trusted partner, Kaplan, offers foundation courses designed to build your academic skills, boost your confidence, and help you meet both English language and academic requirements for studying abroad. These flexible programmes can be completed at Kaplan International College London or online from your home country.
ASU-London also welcomes applications from students who have completed a UK foundation programme that’s equivalent to a UK RQF Level 3 qualification. If you’re unsure whether your qualification meets the criteria, feel free to reach out to our admissions team at admissions@asu-london.ac.uk with your details, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
If you have applied through UCAS, there is no need to make a separate application to us. If you have not applied to us, but have an active UCAS application, you can add an ASU London course as a ‘choice’ on your UCAS application.
Yes. We have a sponsorship license, which means that we’re able to welcome International students to ASU London, provided your visa application is approved by the UK Home Office.
A minimum level of English proficiency will be required. English level can only be demonstrated through an IELTS Academic for UKVI minimum score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in all skills)
