Paulina leads international student recruitment at ASU London. She shapes the institution’s global strategy and builds the partnerships that bring talented students from around the world to study in London.
She brings over a decade of experience in international higher education and global business. She spent nearly seven years at King’s College London, where she managed recruitment across the Americas, Far East Asia, South East Asia, Turkey and the CIS region. She later served as Group Head of International at New City College. Her expertise spans multi-market portfolio management, education agent networks, institutional partnerships and UKVI compliance, which gives her both strategic reach and a careful approach to delivery.
Paulina previously worked at Chevron and in executive search, where she developed strong financial and business acumen. She brings that commercial perspective to international recruitment, balancing ambitious growth targets with sound budgeting, ROI-focused market investment and sustainable partnerships.
