Admissions, Scholarships, Accommodation & Finances

Applications can be made directly via https://asu-london.ac.uk/direct-application/ or through UCAS and, our UCAS code is T24. Please send an enquiry via our website to connect to an enrolment advisor who can guide you through the process.

The current fees for UK students is £9,275 and £23,600 for international students per year. This is the tuition fee and does not include housing/books/living costs. Our scholarship/bursary options are listed here: Financial support – ASU London.

For UK students, apply via UCAS; the first equal consideration deadline is on the 14th of January 2026. For all other students, our priority placement deadline for applications is 31 January 2026. Once you have accepted an offer, we will suggest accommodation options for you.

ASU London has a separate application process to Arizona State University so please apply through the ASU London website . Fred Johnson assists students who are considering both Arizona State University and ASU London, you can get in touch with him via email at fredgjohns2@asu.edu.

Yes! We run Open Days, Virtual Info Sessions and can organise Campus Visits whenever you like. However, all new students will be in our new campus at City St George’s Clerkenwell campus in Central London for the term start by 21 September 2026. We will be arranging walk-throughs and virtual walk-throughs of the new campus in Summer 2026.

We have grown and need new space in Central London, so in the summer of 2026, we are beginning our move with all students housed in the new campus by 21 September 2026. This will be part of the City St George’s, University of London, campus in Clerkenwell, Islington.

At the moment, we have a probationary license with UKVI to sponsor students to study with us, this means that we are only able to accept IELTS for UKVI Academic. We require a 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in every component.

This depends on how many years they have been living in the UK. As a general, you need to be living in the UK for at least 3 years before you can avail the domestic tuition fees. This can be different for each applicant, and we would be conducting a fee assessment for you once you apply to ASU London.

We do not have application fees if you apply directly.

Yes, we accept AP credits, ACT and SAT.

 We accept Level 3 courses across BTEC, IB, A levels and T levels. If you feel your qualification is not listed, please contact us at admissions@asu-london.ac.uk.

For most part, yes. However, this can be more complex and on a case-by-case basis. We advise you to get in touch with your enrolment advisor to learn more.

We have priority applications with a deadline of 31 January 2026 for which we will reserve your place under a conditional offer. Once you have completed the first part of the application process with your details, you should receive your conditional offer within 48 hours. Post 31 January 2026, our second round of application deadlines is 14 March 2026, again for a conditional offer placement. We have had significant interest in ASU London and recommend you apply before these two dates.

Course & Curriculum

Our students have the option to study abroad in their final year for a term. They can choose to study at either Arizona State University in the US or go to UNSW Sydney, Australia for a term abroad.

ASU London has been granted degree-awarding powers from the Higher Education Regulator – the Office for Students. All graduates of ASU London will receive a UK-accredited ASU London degree. The diploma will reflect ASU London Centre for Advanced Learning as the awarding institution. Students from ASUL who pursue dual degrees will also receive an Arizona State University diploma.

Choose the engineering option that suits your career plans in the first instance and apply for that first. Then we would advise asking your advisor to set up some time with our engineering faculty to discuss the options in greater detail regarding changing at a later date, depending on your circumstances.

If you pass your bachelor with a 2:2 (in the UK system this is similar to a 2.5 or 3.0 GPA out of 4), you are guaranteed a place for your master’s degree at Arizona State University. You will need to still apply but you will be fast-tracked through the process. Each ASU London programme offers specific progression options within Arizona State University’s globally ranked engineering, computer science and business schools.
